Apple's iCloud services suffer a long breakdown

Apple's iCloud service appears to be experiencing a prolonged service disruption today, with some users reporting access issues to iCloud-based applications and services such as Notes and Find My iPhone. In an update of its system status page, Apple notes that iCloud is suffering from a widespread service disruption. Not everyone seems to be affected by the problem.
