If you visit google.com, the home page of Google, on your mobile device, you will see more than just a search field. You will now see the new "Google Discover" feed announced by Google a month ago.
Google Discover is the new name for Google Feed and tells you the topics and news items around the items you are interested in. With Google Discover, you can get information about your interests, such as your favorite sports team or news site, without searching for them.
Here is a screenshot of my Google mobile home page:
Do not want Google Discover? Well, you can disable it on your mobile browser by going to the menu bar, clicking Settings, then Discover and then on Do not show on the home page. In the Google app, you can also select Settings, then Discover, and then choose to disable discovery.
How does Google know what to show me in Google Discover? Google collects information about the activity of your website and applications, information about devices, location history, location settings, and more.
