Some Apple Watch users meeting masonry devices after updating to watchOS 5.1

[ad_1]

Many users are disappointed by the absence of the highly anticipated ECG application on watchOS 5.1, but some people encounter a slightly different type of problem.

A small number of users on Reddit, Twitterand our own Guilherme Rambo report that their Apple Watch was made up after the update of watchOS 5.1, blocked on the Apple logo. The restart of the Apple Watch and the paired iPhone does not seem to solve the problem and some users have been waiting for several hours without result.

Currently, there does not seem to be a solution to the problem. We expect that Apple can extract the update and republish it at a later date. Although this does not affect a large number of users, this is still a problem that seems to worry all other versions of watchOS.

For the moment, Apple has not yet recognized the problem. We will update this message as we get more information. For the moment, users with an Apple Watch Masonry should contact Apple Support and request a replacement watch.
