An Android bug forces buyers of its new Pixel 3 phone to see a second "notch" on the side of the screen.
The company said the bug, which users used on Twitter to share images, could be fixed with a software update.
"We heard you like notches …", tweeted Kyle Gutschow, showing an image of his phone with the strange second notch on the right.
Users said that restarting the phone often corrects the problem.
The bug is thought to be due to problems with the phone that determines its orientation.
Google told the Android police that it was aware of the bug and that a fix was expected soon.
