At the closing of its Tokyo Game Show 2018, Kojima Productions offered participants a glimpse of Troy Baker's character in The death, and revealed illustrations for a new character voiced by Tommie Earl Jenkins.
Without further ado, here is "the man with the gold mask".

The death is under development for PlayStation 4. Kojima Productions has not yet announced an exit window, letting speculation go wild.
Earlier this year, Amazon UK listed an exit window in March 2019. In addition, an official Sony report from May 2018 featured the game in its strategy slide for fiscal year 2018 (Fiscal year ending in March 2019). However, none seems to suggest an exit window because the first could be a placeholder and the second only talks about Sony's strategy to "enrich and use" the exclusive PS4 lineup.
What we do know is that Hideo Kojima intends to shoot The death in a franchise.
"I'm going to take on a new challenge by creating my own independent studio, and I'm excited to be able to take this trip with PlayStation, with whom I've continued to work all these years," he said in December. 2015. "I'm looking forward to delivering a game with PlayStation that will become a must-have franchise."
The death was announced for the first time at E3 2016.
