Practical work on Google Pixel 3 XL in Hong Kong – Three days ahead
We are not sure that there has ever been a phone as waterproof as the Pixel 3 XL. But Richard Lai of Engadget did better: he spotted (already!) The new phone on sale in Hong Kong and gave him a quick look. With a big screen, this Pixel 3 XL is apparently powered by the flagship chipset Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, but curiously, it has only 4 GB of RAM. The 6.3-inch screen has a resolution of 2,960 by 1,440 and the phone comes with all the chargers, dongles and cables required. The retailer, WahPhone Digital, is actually offering this fully-packaged device for only $ 15,880 Hong Kong, or about $ 2,030. Being first is not cheap.
Apple Watch Daylight Saving Bug Leaves Series 4 Devices in a Loop
Some Australian Apple Watch Series 4 owners have indicated that their devices were stuck in reboot loops after the country switched over to summer time this weekend. Apparently, the Activity Complication on Infograph Modular's face of Series 4 does not know how to handle a day of less than an hour. As long as this complication is active, the smartwatch hangs and restarts until the power is exhausted. Some users have managed to change their face through the iPhone Watch application, but the only safe solution may be to wait for the end of the day shortened.
The Voyager 2 probe can be at the edge of interstellar space
NASA Voyager 2 is about to join his brother and enter interstellar space. The ship has detected a 5% increase in cosmic rays since the end of August, suggesting that it is about to cross the heliopause (the edge of the solar wind bubble, or heliosphere) and enter the interstellar realm. It will only be the second object of human construction to have penetrated into interstellar space.
