Amazon has updated its Fire HD 8 tablet with Alexa hands-free access.
"Fire HD 10 customers enjoy easy, hands-free access with Alexa, and we're excited to bring this same experience to the all-new Fire HD 8," said Kevin Keith, vice president of Amazon Devices. "Just ask Alexa to turn on the lights, play a movie or make a video call even when the tablet's screen is idle."
In terms of specifications, the Fire HD 8 features an 8-inch HD display, a quad-core processor and 16GB or 32GB of internal storage, as well as a plug-in MicroSD card load up to 400 GB for more storage.
