Amazon deal brings new iPhones and iPads to store in time for the holidays

For consumers, this could mean fewer in-store options and less bargains, with prices likely to be similar in all areas. For Apple, this could help the company to keep the prices of its products at levels it deems acceptable to maintain high incomes.
