Amazon Prime Day 2018: the best offers still available (updated Tuesday)

Welcome to the last hours of Amazon Prime Day . The sale officially began yesterday at 12 pm ET PT, and it ends tonight at 11:59 pm. PT (Wednesday at 2:59 pm ET) – although we expect that stragglers contracts will continue thereafter. Several hours of serious performance problems throughout Monday have created shopping frustrations, but glitches now seem to be at a minimum.

Some of the best deals have been sold, but many are still available – we're highlighting the best here. The offers below have been verified in stock since Tuesday 17 July, 08:36 am PT

Almost all Amazon devices are on sale

What: Amazon's smorgasbord offers – roughly "Black Friday in July". More than one million products will be refreshed, but not all at the same time, and not all for the duration of the event. Some will only be available during certain hours, for example, while others may sell.

When: The first day begins at 3 pm ET (PT noon) Monday, July 16th. It goes to 23:59. AND Tuesday evening, July 17th. It will begin at noon on July 16 in the United Kingdom and Australia and will last 36 hours in both countries. The offers differ from one country to another – we are only highlighting the US offers in this post.

Who can participate: Technically, you must be an Amazon Prime subscriber to take advantage of Prime Day offers … but some providers may offer discounts to all buyers.
