Earlier this month, Apple announced its 2018 iPhone lineup. The Cupertino-based tech major launched for the first time three new smartphones – iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max and iPhone XR. Of these, the iPhone XS Max is not only Apple's largest smartphone, but it's also the company's most expensive smartphone. It comes with a number of "innovative features," and it seems that one of these – the display – is actually good.

DisplayMate Technologies Corporation, a company involved in in-depth display testing on electronic devices such as smartphones and TVs, has rated the 6.5-inch OLED panel on the Apple iPhone XS Max as "Best Screen for Smartphone" in his last exhaustive shootout.

The test measured screen performance by referring to several parameters, such as the very high precision of absolute colors and the standard color ranges of the industry. Although we do not have to look at puzzles, the DisplayMate tests concluded that "the iPhone XS Max has a very impressive screen."

The iPhone XS Max also has a high maximum screen brightness for OLED smartphones of 660 nits, significantly brighter than most OLED and LCD smartphones, "summarizes the summary of smartphone display test results on the DisplayMate website.
