As 2018 comes to a close, many ongoing Apple projects are starting to end. Overnight, the company announced online that its store located in Southlake Town Square in Southlake, Texas, would reopen on Saturday, November 3 at 10:00.

.Apple Southlake Town Square closed on March 4th for renovation. The changes to the store have been quite significant and go beyond a simple expansion. Apple has essentially redeveloped all the land occupied by the store of the era 2006 with a new building.

The photos from the construction site show that once completed, this space will resemble that of Apple Lehigh Valley in Whitehall, Pennsylvania, which reopened in September. Both stores set a new precedent with modest shopping malls featuring materials such as limestone walls and wood panel ceilings, details previously found only in Apple's most prominent stores. We saw images of the space last February and it seems that the finished space remained faithful to the original plans.

Tomorrow, just in time for the launch of the iPhone XR, Apple Covent Garden in London and Apple Shibuya in Tokyo will celebrate their reopening after major renovations. A week after the revelation of Southlake, the first Apple store in Thailand will open in the brand new Iconsiam shopping center.

Some Apple stores will also air the special event speech next Tuesday on their video walls and you can register to participate. Although Southlake is not open in time to watch, Apple Willow Bend and Apple North Park Park, located nearby, offer viewing opportunities.

As always, your photos of large store openings are welcome. Follow with 9to5Mac'The retail guide for more information on the stores.
