A partial failure of the system has wreaked havoc on the BethesdaNet forums and forced some players to re-download the nearly 48GB beta code "Fallout 76" just hours before the last test went into production.
At around 5 pm Bethesda noted that BethesdaNet's launch had connection issues and advised players to not click any client buttons at this time. It seems that those who ignored this warning, or did not see it, ended up losing their game preloads and were forced to re-download it.
An update later in the evening said that if someone is actively downloading the beta or has a "visible progress bar", he must allow the download. The Bethesda support later tweeted that he had identified the problem and that it had been resolved.
The beta session on Tuesday night is scheduled for 19:00. at 11 pm ET. Beta sessions are also scheduled for November 1st and 3rd and November 4th.
