Given the success of Bethesda Softworks with Wolfenstein IIYou had to know that they would not miss the chance to make a trilogy. In an interview with Metro, Bethesda Vice President Pete Hines left absolutely no doubt that a third installment was in progress, but had no detail as to the details, as the question asked has a short answer.
GC: In the end, I just want you to guarantee that there will be a Wolfenstein III, because I want to see how it ends.
PH: Yes of course. Absolutely we make a Wolfenstein III. They said on stage that they were taking a break from the big story to do this thing. But we all have to see how that ends. [laughs]
Given the timing of the two previous games and the fact that Bethesda has not yet given its word on this, we believe that the first will appear at the next Bethesda presentation at E3 2019. Trust us, to unless somebody gets leaked from the year on the part of the company, you will learn more.
