We are a few weeks from the release of Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4. The game, which is negotiating a single-player campaign for Blackout's battle mode, is set to become the franchise's biggest release in years.
Hype was definitely developed during the beta version of Blackout, which has garnered much praise from gamers and game critics as well as fans of both Call of Duty multiplayer games and royal battle.
Now, Treyarch and Activision have released a new gameplay trailer to prepare for the launch on October 12th. The trailer contains songs from the three modes: multiplayer, zombies and blackout. Check it out:
From what I've played in both beta, I'm really excited for the full release. Multiplayer is a good mix of future-tech and boots-on-the-ground gameplay. It has a very similar feel to Black Ops 3 multiplayer, but there are some interesting new mechanisms like healing with L1 instead of automatically filling the health.
You can read some of my impressions on the Blackout beta here. Treyarch made excellent changes in the days that followed, which solved many of the initial fashion issues, and they are working on other patches for launch. The game comes out on PC, Xbox One and PS4 on October 12th.
