It seems like Diablo III cross play could be a potential feature for Activision Blizzard's Action-RPG. Business Insider reported that a representative of Blizzard Entertainment confirmed that this could be a possibility during a Diablo III: Eternal Collection gameplay demo.
When asked about Diablo III cross-play and if multiple platforms could possibly play together, a potentially positive response was issued. The Blizzard Entertainment representative said, "It's a question of when, if not."
As a reminder, Minecraft already allows users of Nintendo Switch, Xbox One and PC to play together. A Rocket League A cross update is coming that will add RocketID to the game. Fortnite also supports cross play.
In other Diablo news, a number of items labeled Diablo Reign of Terror articles have been published in the Blizzard Gear Store as part of the BlizzCon 2018 line. This includes a $ 14 billboard and $ 25 men's and women's shirts.
Update: Blizzard sent an official statement, in which the representative said: "Although we like the idea of bringing our players together on multiple platforms, we have no plans to install the game on multiple platforms -forms for Diablo for the moment. "
Diablo III: Eternal Collection will come to the Nintendo Switch on November 2, 2018. Diablo III is immediately available on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
