Everyone is looking forward to the Apple event on Wednesday, and while we generally have a good idea of what will be the new premium iPhone X, some of the finer details of the event remain unclear.
We are not yet sure of the number of products announced by Apple at the event, beyond the new phones and the new Apple Watch. For the 6.1-inch iPhone, Bloomberg backs up some previous reports and states that the device will be available in "limited quantities initially." He also said that Apple has considered calling the device "iPhone Xr".

Bloomberg claims that Apple had to deal with production issues during the manufacturing with the new LCD model. There were problems attaching the backlight to the LCD, which resulted in supply constraints. The 6.1-inch iPhone will use a new LCD technology that will allow it to be almost as unframed as the iPhone X, with a thin front and a chin of equal size.
The suffix "Xr" has been raised several times as a possible name, the "logic" being the one before Xs. The device will look like an iPhone X with aluminum sides (rather than stainless steel) but with a larger screen, 6.1 inches instead of the 5.8-inch panel of the X. It will use the face ID for authentication and onboard scanning gestures for navigation, that Apple has developed in iPhone X. It should have the latest internal processors with an Apple A12 chip but will have less memory than the X and camera system like the iPhone X or iPhone Xs. Therefore, the device will look like an iPhone 8 on the back.
One of the biggest technical differences is the use of the LCD rather than the OLED display. Some have indicated that this phone also lacks 3D Touch, due to the incompatibilities of the screen technology. However, most of the time, consumers will see a less expensive variant of the iPhone X, with a slightly larger screen and better processor specifications. One also expects it to be offered in a variety of case colors, including possibly blue and red.
Exact pricing remains a mystery, but estimates range from $ 699 to $ 849, all of which represent a significant reduction over the $ 999 shock of the iPhone X.
