Check supported devices and recommended Fortnite Android specifications

[ad_1]

Fortnite has opened its Android beta version to all users, no longer requiring an invitation. In addition to this announcement, Epic has provided a list of supported devices and recommended system specifications, so you can see if yours is up to scratch.

According to the FAQ, a long list of Samsung Galaxy, Sony and Google Pixel devices are supported, as well as other companies such as Asus, LG and Nokia. You can see the complete list below. If your phone is not on the list, do not be discouraged. It could still work as long as its specifications are up to scratch. The studio recommends the following system specifications for your Android device to read Fortnite:

  • Operating system: Android 8.0 or higher recommended, 64-bit
  • RAM: 3 GB or more (4 GB recommended)
  • GPU: Adreno 530 or higher, Mali-G71 MP20, Mali-G72 MP12 or higher

Android and iOS players are compared to other mobile players and, for the moment, Bluetooth controllers and mouse and keyboard control systems are not supported.

Make sure to visit the official site on your Android device to download a secure version of the game, approved by Epic. Epic has decided not to list its name on the Google Play Store, which has left the door open to scams such as phishing attempts promising tips or free V-Bucks.

Fortnite is currently in season 6 under the theme Darkness Rises. To match this, it offers a lot of cosmetic items and scary and spooky skins, with more apparently on the way.
