"Cyberpunk 2077" will be released in 2019

Reports and speculations say that Cyberpunk 2077 is years, and will arrive in 2020 at the earliest. But what if, in one way or another, it comes out in 2019? Well, that's what claims the Turkish publisher Bilkom.

Yesterday, Bilkom tweeted about Cyberpunk 2077, and in the tweet, mentions that the ambitious CD project Projekt Red will be released next year.

So the question is this: did Bilkom simply spill the beans, or is it a mistake? Or is it possible that Bilkom has no idea what he is talking about? Well, let's think about it for a second.

Bilkom is a leading distributor and publisher in Turkey and has already worked with CD Projekt Red. For example, he helped publish The Witcher 3: Wild Hunting in Turkey.

The company has also worked with other large companies in other major markets, such as Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Apple. It's even verified on Twitter no matter what it's worth.

This is not just a random publisher or distributor. Bilkom is a name that does not mean anything in North America, but in Turkey it is.

That said, it's not because it's credible that this date is accurate. Bilkom could be guessing. They could also have made a mistake. Who knows.

All that is shown Cyberpunk 2077 until now, screams a cross-version, which is said to be it. In addition, CD Projekt Red has officially unveiled the game last June and, although it works since 2013, the Polish studio did not say anything to suggest that it was almost finished.

it is possible Cyberpunk 2077 is released next year? Sure. Everything is possible. But it is extremely unlikely given everything we know about the current state of play, its development cycle and industry speculation. But maybe that's it. Maybe Bilkom knows something that no one else does, or at least flipped the beans before everyone else.

Cyberpunk 2077 is in development for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. CD Projekt Red has not announced any release date, nor even an exit window for the title.
