Greetings, Arsians! With the permission of our TechBargains friends, we have another series of business to share. Today's list is titled by a new bundle Red Dead Redemption 2 with the Sony PlayStation 4 Pro console for the usual $ 400 retail price of the latter.
Now, PS4 Pro bundles are not new, and there will inevitably be chances to score the console and the game for less than $ 400 after the release of the latest version of Rockstar. But the stock of the PS4 Pro has been somewhat sporadic, so if you're interested in the 4K console and you're thinking of buying Red Dead Redemption 2 anyway, it's a decent saving.
As to whether the PS4 Pro is worth it in the first place, it will depend on the amount of stock you put in the 4K game. The standard PS4 can play in HDR, and as a general rule, there is little reason to pay more if you're using a 1080p TV or a 1440p monitor. However, even if it's not a generational leap, the Pro makes a lot of games appear smoother on high-end screens.
