destiny 2: abandonedThe Last Wish raid is the best of the series, but it seems that it does not evolve like other raids before. Bungie announced Thursday in his weekly blog that he would not publish a difficult fashion – traditionally called "Prestige" difficulty in Destiny 2 – for the new raid. This is a first for the Destiny franchise.
The raid team said in the blog that its intention was always to create a single difficulty for Last Wish, but to make it more rewarding than the previous ones. The goal was to create a raid that would be the "definitive version" of the first day.
This news only happens a few weeks after the raid was fought for the first time – a feat that took 19 hours to the first groups. While Last Wish is without a doubt the most difficult raid that Bungie has ever created for Destiny, some players are already quite disappointed with the announcement that no bigger challenge is yet to come.
The Last Wish raid may not have a hard way to come, but players have recently discovered a wish in the raid that activates a new fix called "The Petra Run". In this variant of the raid, the death of any member of the team will hit the whole team of the raid back to orbit, forcing everyone to start over from the beginning.
Unfortunately, it seems that the only reward for successfully completing this challenge is a feat in the game. However, there are always two hidden wishes in Abandoned, which could potentially reveal even more secrets or challenges in Last Wish. And as the raid team pointed out, a raid hangout arrives in December with the update of Black Armory's content, the first part of AbandonedAnnual pass.
