Devil May Cry 5The official lists are live on the PlayStation Store, the Xbox Store and Steam – all mention online multiplayer mode for up to three players. The PlayStation Store game list reads:
- Network Players 2-3 – The full game requires a PlayStation Plus membership to access an online multiplayer

"With Devil May Cry 5, we strive to offer a complete solo action experience, "said a Capcom representative at GameSpot. "No multiplayer features have been announced."
The director Hideaki Itsuno said something similar when Eurogamer spoke to him during the Tokyo Game Show.
"What we mean is that we designed this game specifically to make the best solo experience possible, that's always the goal," he said. "In terms of multiplayer and online and what do you have … wait and see."
Speculation is widespread that Devil May Cry 5 will come with a co-op and / or horde mode. Tokyo Game Show ending this weekend, it seems we had to wait a bit for an official revelation.
Devil May Cry 5 will be released on March 8, 2019 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
