This morning, we woke up with a new photo of the DJI Osmo Pocket. Remember, in July, when we saw one of the first pictures of the Mavic 2 Pro leaked. In the lower left corner, there was this little black camera sitting on the table that looked like a new Osmo model. Yes, that one. Well, it's coming. Maybe from November 28th!

DJI Osmo Pocket leaked photos
Recently, we reported on the filing by the FCC of a device called DJI Wireless Osmo Pocket Module. Today, we see a new photo, posted on Twitter by @OsitaLV a DJI black camera that looks a lot like a gimbal-action pocket camera.
The shape of the camera itself is very similar to that of the DJI Mavic 2 Pro but without the Hasselblad logo. In the photo, it's hard to say if it will be the same camera and the same sensor as the M2P.

About the DJI Osmo Pocket
The front of the device displays a screen, two buttons (a recording button) and two other buttons, a switch and a command dial on an accessory attached to the main unit. The attachment could be used to control the angle of the camera or it could be a focus or zoom control. Someone mentioned on Twitter that the design was really bad with the wheel apparently glued to the device. Do you remember this picture of July? This image showed a charging connector stuck in the same place. It seems that DJI wanted to make this action camera nacelle as easy to transport as it is to travel, with different accessories that can be fixed. Smart design!
Competition for the GoPro Hero 7 Black?
Interestingly, GoPro has just released the GoPro Hero 7 Black with the HyperSmooth feature and now, DJI seems to be coming out with the Osmo Pocket. Coincidence? Nothing is known about the price of the Osmo pocket at this stage. The last time DJI, the Osmo 2 came out, its price was very high at $ 129. When will we see the DJO Osmo Pocket come on the market? Well, that's the million dollar question, is not it? DJI announced on November 28 in New York a special event entitled "Because life is great". The perfect time to launch a new product just before the holiday shopping season. Will it be the new Phantom 5, which would make a Christmas very expensive, or will it probably be a much cheaper DJI Osmo Pocket? I have money on the Phantom 5, but I may be wrong. We will know it in about a week! đŸ˜‰
