Yesterday Epic Games gave us our first preview of season 6 of Fortnite: Battle Royale.
This image was of a Llama DJ wearing glasses apparently emerging from what appears to be the CUBE. A flash bursts on the image.
Today's teaser image is not much different except that, instead of a Llama DJ, we have a cowgirl who wears a mask as if she were Jane Fonda. Cat ballou.

Epic tweeted this image with the phrase "Saddle up!"
So now, the question becomes: Is there a unifying theme between the revelation of yesterday and today's revelation? How does a masked cowgirl integrate with a lama DJ? I guess the cowgirl could be at a dance or rave of some sort.
Or we could be in another situation where Epic Games does not really have a unifying theme, like Season 5, mix of historical things like the Viking village and the skins that go with it, and Summer Fun (more rock and roll and space). Things.)
I would like very much that there is something here to gather a little more than last season. The theme of the superhero / film set of season 4 was really fun and seemed slightly more consistent than season 5.
The image of tomorrow may help us more. So stay tuned for that.
An interesting thing that these two characters have is the hairstyle. The cowgirl has both a cowboy hat and a bandanna mask. The lama DJ has his hues. We may see some hat / hat customization in Season 6, adding a new ride to the outfits.
