Facebook users report that they receive a message saying "Something is wrong and we can not upload your videos" or "Service unavailable".

Instagram users report that the home pages of their profiles do not load or receive a message saying, "Sorry, an error has occurred." We are working on it and we will fix it as soon as we can. "
