Bethesda has announced the minimum system requirements for using Fallout 76. You will be able to try out Fallout 76 on PC for the first time during the October 30 beta release. The progress you will make will continue in the full game when it launches.

The computer specifications for Fallout 76 are more demanding than those for Fallout 4. Therefore, if your setup can barely run this latest software, consider upgrading it before playing the old one. At a minimum, you will need to play Windows 7 and use an Intel i5 Core processor. Bethesda, however, recommends using Windows 8.1 or 10 and launching the game on an Intel Core i7 processor.

The minimum and recommended PC specs are available on the Fallout 76 FAQ page, but we have listed below everything you need to know.

Bethesda tweeted that the first beta release of Xbox One for Fallout 76 was an "unbelievable start". You can watch us play during the first beta, which, in our opinion, has gone well. We suffered a game crash and we had some problems when we tried to join a game in the game, but we had only serious drops in frame rate if there were dozens of enemies on the screen. Prior to the launch of the beta, Bethesda issued a statement that one had to wait for lag issues.

Fallout 76 will be released November 14 for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.
