Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition, the reduced version of Square Enix's role-playing game with adorable characters and simplified gameplay, is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch, the publisher said today.
The episodic game was released earlier this year on iOS and Android phones, with a Windows 10 release later. Mike Fahey of Kotaku called it "an outstanding summary of the original, and a boon to players like me who want to know the story of Noctis and his friends, but who do not have the time."

The store lists for the Xbox and PlayStation versions have already increased, and the game should be available shortly. The Nintendo Switch version is "planned for an upcoming release". Instead of a first free episode with microtransactions for the rest, the console version of Pocket Edition is a one-time payment of $ 29.99.
