Fortnite Playground Mode allows you to remove some sweet jumps

Fortnite: Battle Royale has won another new mode, as the LTM Playground is now online. The mode was started a few days ago, but was taken offline shortly after due to server problems. After a week that lasted nearly a week, the issues have now been resolved, and the mode is available to play on PS4, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch and Mobile.

Unlike previous time-limited modes, Playground is meant to be a "low-pressure environment" that acts a bit like a private server. It allows players to explore the map and play with up to three friends without the risk of being eliminated by other people.

Each Playground match lasts one hour, and the storm circle will not begin to close on the map. card until 55 minutes have passed. Friendly Fire is activated, although players will reappear immediately unless eliminated by the storm. There is also a lot more loot to find, and it offers opportunities to romp with the game you could not in a regular match – as evidenced by the video above. Things can get pretty stupid.

Meanwhile, Fortnite has another content update available now. He adds the Drum Gun for Battle Royale and Stink Bomb for Save the World, as well as special American-themed cosmetics to celebrate Independence Day on July 4th.

Finally, Fortnite Season 5 is scheduled to begin on Thursday, July 12, at 1:00 am PDT / 4:00 am EDT / 9:00 am ET / 6:00 pm ET. In the meantime, players can still take on the challenges of this season to improve their Battle Pass and unlock all remaining rewards.
