Fortnite Season 6: Start Date and Time, Wolf Teaser, Stop Time, Update 6.00 – All We Know

Update 2: A new Season 6 teaser arrived for Fortnite on Wednesday. Along with news that the console game will eventually be activated for the PS4 from Fortnite, Epic shared another teaser image of what we think is another theme that will be available as part of the new season. This one is composed of the same cube and images of the lightning, but with a character of wolf taking center stage.

Season 6 officially starts tomorrow, September 27, so we'll know a lot more soon. It can be assumed that we will get map changes, a new Battle Pass and new skins, but the details regarding any of these elements remain a secret at the moment.

In addition, Epic has confirmed the time of the launch of the update of the new season. Maintenance will commence at 1 AM PT / 4 AM ET / 9 AM BST, and will be accompanied by the release of Update 6.00. The details of what it contains are still hidden and we do not know how long the servers will be down, but it's a safe bet that it will take at least an hour or two.

Update: As expected, Epic released Tuesday a second teaser of season 6 for Fortnite. This one presents the same type of style, with a purple color scheme, the cube in the background and the lightning in the foreground.

What is different is the character presented this time rather than Monday's lama, this time it's a woman wearing a hat with a bull on the front, shoulder pads and a mask on her mouth. It is decidedly less thematic than the lama's image, but again, it could be an overview of a skin that will be available next season. Unfortunately, this does not make much sense about the type of theme to be expected from Season 6 and, barring possible leaks, this could remain the case until Thursday's launch.

Original story: Fortnite season 6 is fast approaching. Epic has confirmed that the new season will be released on Thursday, September 27, shortly after the end of season 5, on Tuesday, September 25. Unlike other seasons, Epic has not been as clear as to what to do. come. Here's what we know so far, including a preview of the first teaser of Season 6.

First, a primer. In August, lightning struck the desert and left a bright purple cube. There were some strange properties like reloading the shields and bouncing the players if they were too close. The cube spent a little time sleeping before starting to move slowly on the map, rotating at regular intervals. Fans quickly decoded the runes that he left behind to predict that he was heading to Loot Lake, but what would happen when he reached that point was still mysterious. That's until last week, when he hit the lake and began to melt, turning the entire pool into a bouncy surface.

This leads to the latest, when Fortnite dropped its first index of season 6 on Twitter. The teaser image shows what appears to be a robotic lama in a cube image, with a caption that reads as follows: "All major bands need a DJ." We can assume that it will be a skin that players can get next season. That, or Fortnite, abandons all this mode of "royal battle" to bring back the rhythmic genre. We will continue to update as more jokes appear to drop details.
