Fortnite's new limited time mode wants you to dance

Fortnite: Battle Royale has another time limited entry mode, and this one just wants you to shut up and dance. Disco Domination takes one of the most enduring and worthy features of the game and creates a complete game mode that allows you to defend your party-goers all night long.

A tease in play gave the name of the upcoming mode and indicates that the players will capture and defend the dancefloors using emotes to score points. An image shows a wild dance party around a disco ball; Similar dance tracks have already been found in the game as part of a challenge. It can work in the same way. In the meantime, you can continue to check out the current limited time mode, Soaring 50s.

Fortnite has recently entered Season 6 on the theme "Darkness Rises". The first teaser of season 6 may have hinted at this new game mode, with a robot lama and the caption "All big parties need a DJ." The robo-lama ended up being the skin of DJ Yonder, one of the many new cosmetic skins you can win this season. The update is also a scary Halloween theme, including items like a haunted castle and cornfields.

The update has also added Pets and Shadow Stones, and the newly floating island powered by Kevin the Cube seems to lay the groundwork for a first milestone for the next big world event. The most important change of the season, however, took place outside the game, because Sony has finally cleared the crossover game on PS4.
