In the battle that announces for the speakers of the talking video, Google sells YouTube, Amazon turns to Prime Video and with Facebook, it is the social network.
Google and Facebook have partnered with Amazon to offer the next wave of domestic speakers, Alexa with twist, a video display. Facebook came out Monday with its video portal. On Tuesday, Google introduced Google Home Hub, an update of its famous Google Home speaker, a new device with a video screen dedicated to Google.
Amazon will be the first to go to the stores, with the newer and more complete Echo unit available Thursday, while Google's Home Hub, an extension of the Home speaker line, will be released on October 22. Facebook Portal and Portal + products will be available in November.
