"Google Home Hub" is Google's first Smart Display

The rumor has long been that Google will launch its own Smart Display for the first time, and now it looks like we have our first device leak. According to the images and details shared by MySmartPrice, and it's basically a 7-inch monitor mounted on a speaker base with a design similar to that of other Google Home products.

In terms of software, it seems that the device is in sync with other third-party smart displays that companies such as JBL and Lenovo have announced earlier this year at CES 2018. So you can get information information about the wide variety of Google Assistant tasks on the device displayed next to the usual verbal feedback.

The disclosed product pages show a variety of features for Google Home Hub that are moving further and further from what the current Google Homes range can do: display Nest security cameras on the device, view photos from Google Photos etc. .

The first word of a Smart Display manufactured by Google appeared almost exactly one year ago. Google Home Hub will almost certainly be launched at Google's annual "Made by Google" event on October 9 in New York. Google also plans to organize a side event in Paris.
