Google Podcasts received many reviews at launch for a variety of valid reasons, but the biggest problems came from a lack of support in Google's ecosystem. The application, somewhat absurd, launched without the proper support of Android Auto or Cast – and offering little else to recommend, including the lack of option for creating podcast playlists. Now, after dealing with the Android Auto number, the application starts deploying Cast support.

The advice we received comes from a reader in Brazil and nobody Android font saw the feature appear right away, but it will be available soon for more users; it is imminent since the release of the beta version of the Google application version 8.9 (Google podcasts can be downloaded as a stand-alone application, but are developed as part of the Google application). Android font has contacted Google for clarification as to when this feature will be made available to everyone.

The Distribution button appears in the upper-right corner of the application, allowing users to stream to supported devices at home, such as Chromecast or Google Home. Previously, users could launch by choosing the option via notification nuance, but this was not an intuitive or effective option.

Now that these basic features are finally supported on Google Podcasts, we hope to be able to work on more advanced additions. At the very least, we know that Google is working on a seemingly more innovative audio platform called Shortwave. Sometimes, it seems that the innovation that Google fails to do is that its products work well together.
