Google Renames Files Go, its lightweight file management application for phones with limited storage, in "Google Files" to indicate that the app works regardless of the type of phone you're on – and help it to succeed.
The one-year-old app is now used by 30 million people each month, according to Google, and indicates that many people outside the application's target population are using it, which has caused this change.
