Next week, Google will host its last hardware event. Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL will be the undisputed stars of the show. While Google will unveil the new Home, Chrome OS and Chromecast products, and yes, we already know everything about the Pixel 3 series. But that does not mean that Pixel 3 phones will be less exciting for Android fans waiting looking forward to the next flagships of Google. Meanwhile, Google is trying to spark enthusiasm with a weird video that teases one of the features of the phone we already knew.

Posted on Google Japan's YouTube channel, the strange video below is about grabbing, pinching and squeezing. And that ends with a teaser for Pixel 3 phones coming next week.

If you know the pixels of Google, know that they come with an Active Edge feature that allows you to compress the image to trigger an action, such as waking the wizard. It's no surprise that Google will keep Active Edge in place, a feature no other phone has to offer.

We already knew that Pixel 3 would have the support of Active Edge, thanks to the plethora of Pixel 3 leaks that we saw this summer. And, just a few days ago, a video showing the different features of Pixel 3 in action also mentioned Active Edge support. However, it was a video leak on Pixel's advice, not an official Pixel 3 marketing clip.

Google's Pixel Press Conference is scheduled for October 9 in New York. Google should also organize local events in various markets, including France and the United Kingdom.
