Hands on the new Apple Watch Series 4 wristbands

In parallel with the Apple Watch Series 4, Apple introduced a mix of colors and new styles proposed by its groups. AppleInsider accompanies some of our favorites from the new range.

There are many third-party groups available, but Apple is still at the top of the list. Their build quality is exceptional and their color often goes with the user interface for an added effect.

For starters, the popular Sport Loops have been updated with many cool colors including the Cape Cod blue, nectarine, hibiscus, storm gray and indigo. They are available at $ 49 for one of two sizes. We took a look at the Indigo and Cape Cod Blue.

If you opt for the Nike + version of the Apple Watch Series 4, this comes with an exclusive Sports Loop loop with reflective woven thread to increase visibility at night. Unfortunately, it is not available by itself.

The standard sports wristbands have been updated with three new colors: Nectarine, Blue Horizon and Lavender Gray. Our favorites were Nectarine and Blue Horizon, bright and vibrant colors. Nectarine was eye-catching with any finish, and the Blue Horizon was subtle, but had very strong air with stainless steel gold. They are still running $ 49 each.

Apple has updated the popular Milanese buckle with a new gold option to match the new gold stainless steel watch. This best fits the stainless steel model, but will also work with the golden aluminum model. It runs at $ 149 and only supports the larger 42 / 44mm model.

We did not go ahead with the new colors, but there are two new shades of the leather buckle. The leather buckle is available in Forest Green and Cape Cod Blue for $ 149, only supporting the larger Watch model. We have long been followers of the leather buckle, which is not even about to be replicated by third-party suppliers.

Another group that we could not check is the Modern Buckle. He is back with four new colors: Forest Green, Peony Pink, Cape Cod Blue and Ruby Red (PRODUCT), but only for smaller 38/40 mm watches. They each run $ 149.

As we approach the most luxurious options of Apple groups, we arrive at Hermes.

For the Hermes groups, there are three new variants. A new round of Barenia leather made of tan 44mm grained leather that we have not checked, but we have taken a quick look at the Hermes -Bordeaux / Rose and Indigo 44 mm quick leather lap / Chalk / Orange. They cost $ 339.

Although the Apple Watch Series 4 is slightly larger than Series 3, all groups work with one or the other generation. The new 40mm bands work with 38mm models and the 44mm strips with 42mm.

Apple groups may have a higher price, but when it comes to colors, sensations and quality, few people come close to it.
