Vaporeon: Vaporeon is not one of the best counters in terms of numbers, but it deserves an inclusion on this list and on others for the ease with which it can be obtained. Anyone who has spent time at Eevee Community Day should have been able to have at least one, and the Eevee candies have been quite easy to find since the first day. If you have blank spots in your range, go for Vaporeon.
