Apple has an exchange program called Apple GiveBack. The transaction is easy: redeem your Apple devices and get discounts on any Apple Store purchase.
According to the Apple website on UAE, you can exchange data from an older iPhone and iPad to an Apple Watch and even a Mac. The biggest discount that users can get is trading on a Mac device – customers can get up to 3,225 Dh since their next Apple Store purchase. The amount will be given to customers in the form of an Apple Store gift card. This card can be used for any purchase in the United Arab Emirates Apple Stores, which means you can use it to get a discount on the iPhone XS.
If your device is not eligible for credit, Apple may also recycle your device for free, regardless of model or condition.
How it works?
To make it easier for customers, the exchanges are classified into different types of devices. When you choose the type of device you want to exchange, you will be asked for details such as its serial and model numbers. You must also answer a series of questions such as its status and use. After that, you will receive an estimate of how much credit you will receive.
