I just fainted because a 1,200-mile Integra R type was sold for $ 63,800

During the Barrett Jackson sale in Las Vegas this weekend, the near-unthinkable happened when a Honda of several decades sold a limber, considered a new record. But anyway, someone paid NSX money for an Integra Type R with just under 1200 miles.

This is probably the only cleanest example of existing RTI. The engine compartment is flawless and the interior is immaculate. It's a Honda collector quality if ever there was one, and to top it off, it's the No. 37 of only 320 copies made.

According to a friend who was on the scene at the auction, the bids started at $ 5,000 and quickly reached $ 30,000 in seconds. After a brief lull, the bids rose again rapidly to $ 50,000. From there, two bidders gradually increased the price by small increases until the $ 58,000 final offer was made. After the buyer premiums, the final final price was US $ 63,800.
