Instagram begins to test a Lite version of its application in Mexico [APK Download]

With mobile data getting faster and smartphones featuring more storage, you would be forgiven if you thought the need for it would be better. thinner and more efficient applications decreased. There is no action to restrict its data consumption or reduce its use of local storage, which is why I am still a little dubious of this kind of application.
