Instagram users are facing a morning without access to the popular social media service, both the application and the website seem to be down and do not work.
The problems started around 8:20 with thousands of reports in the UK and in many parts of Europe.
The independent website detector, Down Detector, is showing an upsurge in problems with users who currently can not access or use the app.
Down Detector is an independent website that tracks social mentions on certain topics to detect failures around the world.
When attempting to access the website, users are faced with the error "Error 5XX Server" and the application, the message "Unable to refresh the stream".
Users have invaded social media sites, including Twitter, to voice their dismay to an Instagram fan: "#instagram is down with every panic, it's the end of the world, a lifetime."
While another simply said, "Instagram down, why?"
Some users say that they tried to remove the application and reinstall it, which caused even more serious problems.
By posting a message on the Down Detector forum on Instagram, a customer said, "I can not refresh the app this morning, we tried to remove and download the app, and now I can not log in. . "
And another confirmed: "I would not want to refresh the stream, upload a photo or leave a comment." Application removed and reinstalled, saying now that there is a problem of their end and that it does not will not let me connect. "
This is not the first time that Instagram fans have more access to the app in the last few months.
The popular social media service experienced several outages, including the same day the same day last month.
