Bethesda has filed a lawsuit against Warner Bros. and Behavior Interactive, stating that the Westworld mobile game is "a flagrant scam" of Anti-atomic shelter.
Bethesda is looking for some of the Westworld the profits of the game, and for it to be removed from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. What is the basis of the lawsuit?

Addition to the evidence that Behavior used Anti-atomic shelter the code is the fact that some of the bugs in a first version of Anti-atomic shelter are also found in the Westworld mobile game.
Bethesda stated that Behavior simply took the Fall Shelter the code and make some aesthetic changes to fit the Wild West theme Westworld mobile game.
Trial on similar video games
Bethesda is not the only recent video game company to have sued for similarities between video games.
Another far-reaching case about video game copyright infringement is the quarrel between PUBG Corp., the company behind The battlefields of PlayerUnknown, and Epic Games, which created Fortnite.
Last month, PUBG Corp. brought an action for copyright infringement against Epic Games, stating that Fortnite copied several elements of The battlefields of PlayerUnknown.
The moment of prosecution, however, raised questions, with the sudden pursuit perhaps because Fortnite began to expand his lead over The battlefields of PlayerUnknown in the genre Battle Royale.
