Jon Favreau left and revealed details about his upcoming Star wars announced earlier this year and will be broadcast on Disney's streaming service. And he did it in the most 2018 way possible: via Instagram. But he did not just post a picture at random. To make his show, The mandalorian, Favreau created a title card that looks like the Star wars crawls: yellow letters on a black screen (although without stars, so to speak … and in the wrong font).

To reiterate, it reads as follows:

After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star wars universe. The mandalorian is located after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the difficulties of a sniper in the far reaches of the galaxy, far from the authority of the New Republic.

Said warrior, Deadline reports, comes from a breed that emerged from those that spawned Jango and Boba Fett, the latter being one of the most iconic characters in the original trilogy, although he has only two or three lines. At the film level, Boba appeared for the first time in The empire counter-attackalthough he made his Star wars debut in the animated segment of the infamous Special Star Wars vacation, in which the taciturn bounty hunter does not shut up.

The second prequel The attack of clones plunged into his background, showing his father, Jango, who also had a pretty rad suit.

Favreau's show, which he will write and serve as EP, will of course follow the one following in the footsteps of Boba and Jango. There is already a solo film of Boba Fett being prepared by Logan director James Mangold. What Star wars tired?
