Battlefield V The developers have responded to concerns about card size to say that the big levels are still under development while providing an example of a large card.
With other criticisms that people have raised against Battlefield V – Customization options and game mechanics such as "Time to Kill" are some of the features that EA DICE has already described – some have commented that the game was small in terms of card size. Many of these discussions take place on forums like the Battlefield v subreddit where such a conversation (via PC Gamer) on the card sizes was seen. Players said the game was more like small-scale skirmishes than total war, as they expected a game based on the Second World War.
In apparent response to this type of problem, EA DICE shared some examples of larger maps that we are working on. Battlefield V Chief multiplayer designer Valerian Noghin shared an image on Twitter that showed the Hamada map with a reference to its size. Noghin also cited a past Battlefield article on the process of creating the map.
Regarding the size of the cards: it is about Breakthrough for Hamada, with a distance of just over 1500 m from the HQ of the attacker to the 5th final sector of the Defenders. I've added a view of Conquest C to better understand the scale. (The layout BT is: AlsoW saidO ° RETKET? pic.twitter.com/93MfHuRTzf

The distance to G in the small picture is about 500m. The image is from the latest trailer "This is Battlefield V". Have a good read on the Battlefield map sizes of the past: //t.co/UbKzjBASYy

Following this tweet, Battlefield V Level designer Jeff Gagné quoted Noghin's response with his own tweet that players should not come to conclusions on cards because EA DICE is now starting to share more information about cards and other features. He reiterated that they continued to create large cards and asked the players to no longer consider the dimensions of the card.
We also make big boys.
I know I know, it's easy to wrap up but Ie, the game has not come out and we're starting to share information.
"WHY MAKE A SO SO SMAL CARD !!"
Stop taking things whenever you like.
I love you all //t.co/mhid2YpzjL– Jeff Gagné ✌️ (@JFGnorD) September 15, 2018
