Launch of the best smartphones in October 2018: Google Pixel 3, iPhone XR, OnePlus 6T and more

In September 2018, we see the launch of the Apple iPhone XS high-end series, the first Samsung Galaxy A7 triple phone and even the Xiaomi Redmi 6 series in India. This month, popular brands such as Google, OnePlus, HMD Global Oy and other companies are also expected to announce a new line of mobile phones, both internationally and in India.

LG V40 ThinkQ:

LG V40 ThinQ is scheduled for October 3 in New York. According to the official video teaser, it will come with five cameras – three at the back and two at the front.

The new LG phone would have a 6.4-inch FullVision screen with a 19.5: 9 aspect ratio and protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass 5 shield.

Under the hood, it is expected to come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 octa-core processor backed by Android Pie OS, 6GB of RAM, 64GB / 128GB of storage and a 3300 battery.

Nokia 7.1 Plus:

For several weeks, several contradictory rumors circulated about HMD Global Oy could launch the very high-end Nokia 9 with five main cameras or the mid-range Nokia 7.1 Plus. According to recent reports, the Finnish company has decided to postpone its launch until early 2019 and to unveil only the latter this month.

The company has confirmed that it will organize a traveling event in London on October 4th. Nokia 7.1 Plus, soon to be announced, will include a 6.18-inch Full HD + LCD, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 2.2GHz chipset with 4GB / 6GB RAM and 64GB / 128GB storage. Go (expandable up to 400 GB), 13 dual cameras + 12 MP rear and a battery of 3400 mAh. Its price should start at 399 €.

Google Pixel 3 and Pixel 3 XL:

Google will host the Pixel phone launch in New York on October 9th.

According to the recently released images and reports, the Pixel 3 series will benefit from major improvements in design and internal hardware, including the camera. That said, the successor to the Pixel 2 series may disappoint some fans with the Pixel 3 XL design.

They will also come with Android Pie out-of-the-box.

In addition to the Pixel 3 series, Google is expected to announce the new range of smart speakers for home and Google Buds headphones.

Samsung:

On October 11, Samsung will host a major product launch, "Galaxy Event," the world's first true curved phone. & # 39 ;. According to rumors, OnePlus 6T will be the first OnePlus phone to be sold in the US with the T-Mobile contract. The unlocked model is expected to cost around $ 550.

Apple iPhone XR:

After the iPhone XS, Apple is expected to launch the low-cost iPhone XR in global markets, including India. It will be available for pre-order from October 19th and will go on sale the following week on October 26th.

It looks like the iPhone X (review) from the front, but it's not the same from the back. In addition, it comes with a 6.1-inch LCD screen called Liquid Retina Display. It only contains one 12 MP camera, but, if you believe Apple, it is more advanced than the iPhone 8 series and will take very good pictures.

Lenovo foldable phone:

Lenovo, a major manufacturer of consumer electronics, plans to launch a foldable smartphone later this month. He had already introduced a phone concept with extreme flexibility, which can be worn as a wristwatch in 2016, but it has never been the focus of the shops. Hopefully this time, the company is launching a commercial phone for global markets.
