Launch of the Samsung Galaxy Book 2 LTE: better than Surface Pro 6?

[ad_1]

Users looking for a Samsung laptop will find a few new devices on the shelves today. As in every previous version of devices running Windows and / or Chrome, there are always alternatives to the most recent. Today, we look at what these materials provide, and we take a look at what we can recommend before you buy.

Specifications for Galaxy Book 2

The Samsung Galaxy Book 2 12-inch screen, with an internal storage of 128GB, also has a pen S Pen and a keyboard. It is a kind of competitor of Microsoft Surface with the spin of Samsung. The pen is similar to Microsoft's Surface tablet, but it's the S Pen, Samsung's own brand and stylus experience.

The technology you get with this S Pen Pen is not exactly the same as the S Pen stylus on the Galaxy Note. Each piece of material is a little different. In this case, although I have not used it myself, I guess it's a little easier to hold this pen longer, because it's bigger than the Galaxy Note 9's S Pen. There is also a small piece of rubber gum that works with the Windows 10 pen experience in several applications.

The tablet can be used with the keyboard provided or alone, completely flat. There is a crutch on the back so you can keep it in place, and with the keyboard, the experience becomes virtually a laptop. This device uses a Qualcomm processor that we have not tested yet, and includes AT & T LTE connectivity (if you opt for this model).

How much does it cost, is it better than a surface?

It's more expensive than a Surface Go, but it's not really done to compete with a Surface Go. You can learn more about the Surface Go at $ 400 and see if your speed is greater than that of your choice.

The Surface Pro 6 starts at $ 900 and includes a full-featured Intel Core 8th generation processor. As of the date of publication of this article, there was no Surface Pro 6 with LTE. For this, Microsoft recommends literally to buy a Surface Pro 5th generation with LTE on its product page for the Surface Pro 6.

It's strange that Samsung has released this Samsung Galaxy Book 2 LTE costs around $ 1,000, while the Surface Pro 6 costs $ 900. It sounds strange until you realize that the S Pen comes with the Galaxy Book 2, while the Surface Pro 6 is sold separately from the Surface Pen, which costs 100 USD alone. The Surface Pro 6 has no mobile connectivity, while the Galaxy Book 2 LTE has LTE technology – so it's a little less dense, as long as you do not care about the processor under the hood.

This new Samsung Galaxy Book 2 with LTE is available since this week via AT & T and Samsung online. You may be able to find it elsewhere if you are lucky!
