Lego Overwatch officially debuts at BlizzCon

Overwatch fans, it's time to build.

Lego Overwatch sets were officially revealed on Friday at BlizzCon – Blizzard's annual convention – bringing characters and game vehicles such as Tracer, Widowmaker, Hanzo and more into Lego sets. Overwatch sets were teased last month and even inadvertently disclosed by Target and in Kotaku's reports, but now they are official with all the details.

These sets will be available from January 1, 2019 and are designed by Woon Tze Chee.

D.Va against Reinhardt

Comprised of 455 pieces and priced at $ 40 in the US (about £ 30 and AU $ 55), D.Va's tank can pull and open so you can place the corresponding minifigure inside. For Reinhardt, there is a rocket hammer to build.

Point of view: Gibralter

Comprised of 730 pieces, the game Watchpoint: Gibralter includes Mercy, Pharah and Reaper minifigures as well as a large figurine for Winston. The Overwatch rocket of this set can split into two pieces with a cockpit in each. The character's weapons include the Pharah rocket launcher, Mercy's Caduceus and Caduceus Blaster sticks, Reaper's Hellfire twin rifles, and Winston's Tesla gun. This set will cost $ 90 in the United States (about £ 70, AU $ 125).

Bastion

Bastion, composed of 602 pieces, exists in two modes without any reconstruction: recon and Sentry. The set measures more than 26 cm (10 inches) in recognition mode and sentinel mode (17 cm). The weapons include the gun and the minigun of the Bastion. This set will cost $ 50 (about £ 40 and AU $ 70).

Dorado Showdown

The Dorado Showdown consists of 419 pieces and includes both the Dorado building and the payload truck. Minifigures include Solder: 76, Reaper and McCree. The Soldier's weapons are the 76 Heavy Pulse Rifle, the Reaper Hellfire Twin Rifles, and the McGree Peacekeeper Six-Shot Revolver. The set costs $ 30 (about £ 25, AU $ 40).

Hanzo against Genji

The Hanamura dojo is the scene of this set of 197 pieces, which includes figurines for Hanza, Genji and Shimada Henchman. The set includes a doorbell, a health kit and two hidden disc players representing each brother's dragon spirit. Weapons include the Genji Sword Ryu-Ichimonji and the Hanzo Rainbow. This set costs $ 20 (about £ 15, AU $ 30).

Trace vs. Widowmaker

The Tracer and Widowmaker figurines compete in this set, which includes a payload vehicle equipped with a satellite drone with a hidden cockpit with computer details. The set of 129 pieces includes weapons such as the Widowmaker widow's kiss and the Tracer twins Pulse Pistols. The set costs $ 15 (about £ 10, AU $ 20).
