the Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 The beta battle of "Blackout" begins next week, and we receive information and details about the new mode almost daily at this point.

Yesterday, we learned the number of players for a Blackout match. Today, we have a first glimpse of the massive map of the mode – by far the most important in the history of Call Of Duty.

Treyarch revealed the map today on Twitter. It's here:

It's an interesting map. Rather than an island, we have a coastal section, some forest, rivers and, probably, mountainous terrain. Both PUBG and Fortnite have carved the model of the island.

There are a total of 13 locations named on the map at this point. They are:

  • Turbine
  • Factory
  • Cargo Docks
  • Fracturing tower
  • Nuketown Island
  • Board
  • Shooting range
  • Rivertown
  • Asylum
  • Hydroelectric dam
  • Station
  • Construction site
  • Areas

Some of them will recognize you from the past Call of Duty cards, such as "Nuketown Island". "Array" and "Estates" may also seem familiar to fans of the franchise. There is an inland lake in the northeast corner of the map near the hydroelectric dam.

Although we have not yet seen exactly what these domains look like in the game, I'm sure we'll know more about the launch of next week's private PS4 beta. Stay tuned.

While Black Ops 4 will have a lot of multiplayer cards, the good thing about the royal battle mode is that you really need it (at least for a long time). PUBG now has three cards, but Epic chose to keep only one card Fortnite, keep each player together. This is good for matchmaking and has led to all kinds of interesting changes as the map evolves.

It will be interesting to see if Treyarch takes a "living" approach similar to the Blackout card.

At the beta next monday!
