Now that we're on our knees in October, this episode of New Releases is getting scary with a port of Luigi's Mansion on 3DS. If you find wrestler writing scary, then why not send your own custom wrestler in WWE 2K19? Meanwhile, RPG fans will be able to try out new versions of some cult classics with Disgaea 1 Complete and The World Ends With You: Final Remix. Oh, and this little game called Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is also launched.

The latest in the long-time wrestling series brings a ton of new features to the square circle. Two Tower modes let you take on online and offline challenges, using either real-world wrestlers or your own custom creative. Speaking of which, the customization has been extended and the MyCareer and Road to Glory modes have also been reworked.

Disgaea 1 Complete – October 9th

The Disgaea series is 15 years old and this new version of the original PS2 game is a way to celebrate this event. The Classic Tactical RPG series is known for its foolish level level of 9999 and the ridiculous damage your party members can inflict as they progress. This version contains HD graphics and a bonus story that appeared for the first time in the remake of the PSP more than 10 years ago.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 – 12 October

Call of Duty is also becoming more tactical this year. Features of Black Ops 4 Specialists that bring unique abilities and equipment to the battlefield, allowing you to be more strategic in multiplayer games. He is also abandoning the campaign, offering rather single-player challenges on multiplayer maps featuring the different specialists. There is also a deeper Zombies mode, but the icing on the cake this year is Blackout. This is the opinion of Call of Duty on the popular trend of the Royal Battle: characters, weapons and landmarks from the Call of Duty games are featured on the largest map in the history of the series.

Another classic cult role-playing game was abandoned this week. It's about saving the world and fueling your party with radical fashion choices. Final Remix includes a new story chapter and two players can play together, each with their own Joy-Con.

Nintendo Fans Can Download Another This Week The 3DS is perfect for the Luigi's Mansion, with the touch screen serving as a map for exploring the world. The novelty of this release is a cooperative mode featuring a ghostly green secondary Luigi and the ability to challenge the bosses for a rematch when attempting to gain a higher score.

These are the big hitters this week, but October still has a lot of games ahead. Next week, SoulCalibur 6 will tell the next chapter of the saga of the weapons-based battle series, and Dark Souls Remastered finally arrives on Nintendo Switch.
