New Shadow of the Tomb Raider video highlights Xbox One X enhancements

Today, Square Enix publisher and developer Eidos Montreal have released an all-new Shadow of the Tomb Raider video that highlights the variety of game enhancements on the Xbox One X, the most powerful console in the world.

According to the video, Shadow of the Tomb Raider on the compatible console will support Native 4K Ultra HD, something that it considers the "highest game resolution", as well as HDR support, which means that the colors will be brighter and the contrast will be improved . The latter is particularly visible in some of the most colorful places in the game, such as the streets of Conzumel, while the former stands out in virtually every detail of the game.

The action-adventure game will also support the "true 3D sound" on the system, which means that wheezing bullets and powerfully fluid rivers will be even sharper and more realistic. There will also be an improved texture resolution to add an extra layer of realism, as well as the ability to play in a mode that promotes framerate resolution, and vice versa.
