UPDATE: Pokemon Go developer Niantic has released a second Gen 4 Sinnoh teaser.
As expected, the latest teaser from Pokemon Go indicates the imminent release of Pokemon Chimchar, the gen spawner of Generation 4.
"As we learn about the existence of Pokemon originally discovered in the Sinnoh area, we are curious to hear about a Pokémon with a fiery rear-fire, "reads in the latest tweet. "Whatever this Fire type Pokémon is, we are excited to be able to add it to our Pokedex soon!"

ORIGINAL: Pokemon Go developer Niantic continues to criticize the release of Gen 4 pocket monsters from the Sinnoh area.
After confirming his intention to release Gen 4 Pokemon soon, Niantic has posted a teaser on the theme of water on Twitter.
Highlighting the imminent exit of Piplup, the teaser refers to his ability to dive for more than ten minutes to hunt.
"We are delighted to hear about a water-type Pokémon originally discovered in the Sinnoh area, capable of diving more than 10 minutes to hunt," reads in a tweet of Niantic.
"His speed and rapid movement lead us to believe that he is a talented swimmer – what Pokemon could he be acting on?"
Piplup is one of the first Generation 4 Pokémon, alongside Turtwig and Chimchar.
Fans can look forward to similar teasers from Turtwig and Chimchar in the coming days, while the release date of Generation 4 is getting closer again.
The tweet may also suggest that the starter Pokémon of Generation 4 could be released first.
Niantic also plans to make major changes to Pokemon Go as part of the Gen 4 update.
Weather conditions, for example, will have less impact on the rate of appearance of some Pokemon.
Indeed, players should notice a more varied selection of Pokemon appearing in a given area.
"By exploring a certain area, you will notice that a greater variety of Pokemon species will appear with time and at different rates," says Niantic.
"Some areas, such as parks and nature reserves, will now contain more varied Pokemon species."
The developer of Pokemon Go also plans to rebalance the battle mechanisms in the game.
The CP values will be adjusted to improve the balance, while the HP values will be modified to reduce the gap between the strongest and weakest Pokémon.
"The values of Pokemon Defense and Stamina will be rebalanced retroactively, which will allow highly defensive Pokémon to play an important role in the fight by flying over its opponents instead of just exceeding the allotted time," the message continues.
"Defense values have also been slightly reduced retroactively for most Pokemon, and such changes will help to reduce the gap between Pokemon and the higher defensive stats and other Pokemon."
